- A deposit may be required to secure services, with the remainder due according to the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement.
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon in the initial contract.
- Bradey & Mills Events / TJ Events reserves the right to retain a percentage of the deposit or charge a cancellation fee if applicable.
- Bradey & Mills Events / TJ Events will perform their services with reasonable care and skill.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of services.
- Bradey & Mills Events / TJ Events will not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party actions).
- Liability for damages or losses will be limited to the fees paid for services.
- Either party has the right to terminate services in writing if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.

- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
